What You Need

I have been fortunate enough to work for a premier HVAC Trane, AMS, Rheem and Mitsubishi Wholesaler.  It was not GOOD Enough to just know credit!  Gene Walters, the founder of Gensco, Inc. wanted me to know more than our customers about running an HVAC company, so as, I became a valuable resource to our customers, and not someone who was just collecting money. I was enrolled in the same classes our customers took, sitting side by side with some of the best HVAC Contracting Businesses in the industry. 

I was trained by the following legends or our training industry: Dr. Ron Collier of Collier Consulting, Stewart Doctor, Barry Burnett of BDR, Arnie Langreck, Quality Consulting Group, Wayne Atkins, Doctor HVAC, Barry Elms of Strategic Negotiation Management, Rod Wheelan of NACM (National Association of Credit Managers), and last but not least, my current Mentor, Ruth King, Profit and Wealth Shark, author, and a darn good person to boot.


As a professional HVAC and Small Business Coach, I believe listening to our customers needs.  I know from experience, one size does NOT fit ALL.  I believe in happily involving and creating partnerships with a purpose, and always striving for significant outcomes.
